We provide fixed-price quotes for all projects. Quotes are based on the project scope and requirements discussed during the planning phase. Prices are confirmed before work begins and include all deliverables as specified in the quote.
Clients are responsible for:
All work created by Crew & Co. for a client belongs to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
We include revisions as part of our service. The number of revision rounds is specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
Payment terms are agreed upon during the planning phase. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share or disclose client information without permission, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our deliverables, we'll work with you to make it right. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crew & Co. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
